This Privacy Policy describes how Siamlendprop Co., Ltd. ("Siamlendprop", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects your personal data when you visit siamlendprop.com or request information about the residential property participation programme. We process data in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) of Thailand (the "PDPA").

2. Personal data we collect

We process your data to (a) provide information about available projects in your region; (b) reply to your enquiries; (c) send you newsletters when you have given consent; (d) measure and improve our website with analytics; (e) comply with legal obligations under Thai law.
4. Legal basis
